I know it sounds like a commercial, but they just replaced my garage door and I am extremely pleased with my experience with them. We have the home warranty which covers the garage motor but not the doors. When we moved in we did not have remotes to the garage. When we place the order for the door we also asked for 2 new remotes to program to our current motor. Which is an old motor. (Probably the original) after installing the door you could smell the motor over heating. Aware that we have the home warranty Juan advised us to not buy the remotes from him and save money because when we get the motor replaced through the warranty, they will give us 2 new ones.
